LOOGI is provided as is by an individual operator, free of charge, without warranty.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for personal search.
- Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, no excessive request rates, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no attacks on the infrastructure.
- Do not use the service for activities that are illegal under Swiss law.
The operator reserves the right to block IP addresses or networks that violate these rules.
No warranty
The service is offered without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Search results come from third-party engines whose accuracy and availability the operator does not control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LOOGI.
Open source
LOOGI is based on SearXNG and licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Source code is available at https://github.com/psimaker.
Service availability
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the operator’s domicile in Switzerland.
